Senior Architect - Design and Construction Specialist


We are in search of a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As a Design and Construction Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from initial design to project completion. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee architectural plans for various construction projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure project feasibility and compliance with building codes
- Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments to designs as needed
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to design plans
- Review and approve materials, finishes, and other specifications for projects
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and construction management
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Experience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)

This is a contract position with an urgent need for an immediate start. Candidates must have a biometric passport allowing them to work in Luxembourg.
