Indian Barista in Ufa

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Barista to join our team in Ufa. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service by taking orders, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality with legal permission to work in Russia
- Prior experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry preferred
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and latte art skills are a plus
- Fluent in English is not required but is considered an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and friendly personality

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1200$ per month, with potential for increase based on performance.
