Construction Manager

The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Acre. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members, contractors, and clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry, preferably in a managerial role. They must also possess excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Work closely with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Manage project budgets and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Identify potential issues or delays and develop solutions to keep projects on track
- Hire and manage construction staff as needed
- Conduct site visits regularly to monitor progress and address any concerns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the construction industry
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to read blueprints
- Proficient in project management software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
