Executive Chef for Indian Restaurant in Ashdod, Israel
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our Indian restaurant in Ashdod, Israel. As the head chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.
Responsibilities:
- Create and update menu items that reflect the authentic flavors of Indian cuisine
- Oversee food preparation and ensure high quality and consistency
- Manage kitchen staff and ensure efficient operation of the kitchen
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies and maintain food cost control
- Train new staff members on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in an Indian restaurant
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Fluent in English
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Must be willing to relocate to Ashdod, Israel
Salary: 1400$ per month
