Teamlead for Indian Biometric Passport Processing in Siauliai


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Teamlead for Indian Biometric Passport Processing, you will be responsible for managing a team of passport processing agents and ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of biometric passports for Indian citizens.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of passport processing agents, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks
- Train new team members on passport processing procedures and ensure all team members are up-to-date on any changes or updates
- Monitor the processing of biometric passports to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate with Indian citizens regarding any missing or incorrect information on their passport application
- Liaise with government officials and agencies to resolve any issues or delays in the passport processing process
- Keep detailed records of all processed passports and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Provide regular reports on team performance, productivity, and any issues that arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in passport processing or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with biometric passport processing procedures is preferred but not required

We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this part-time position. Applicants must be Indian nationals living in Siauliai or willing to relocate. Fluency in English is not required for this role.
