Plumber Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber Supervisor to oversee and manage a team of plumbers in our company located in Washington, USA. As a Plumber Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating plumbing operations for residential and commercial projects. This role requires someone with extensive knowledge of plumbing systems and techniques, as well as strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of plumbers and ensure they are meeting project deadlines and quality standards
- Plan and schedule work assignments for the team
- Monitor progress of projects and identify any potential issues or delays
- Train new plumbers on company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Review project plans to ensure proper installation of plumbing systems
- Order materials and supplies needed for projects
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints regarding plumbing services

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a plumber in residential and commercial settings
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
- Valid biometric passport
- Excellent knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, techniques, codes, and safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and project plans
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment/materials
- High school diploma or equivalent (trade school or apprenticeship preferred)

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

This job is suitable for men who have experience in plumbing. Accommodation will not be provided by the company. We prefer candidates from India who have experience working as plumbers in the USA.
