Industrial Alpinist


We are looking for skilled and experienced Industrial Alpinists to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at great heights and in difficult-to-reach locations. This job requires physical strength, technical knowledge, and a strong sense of safety.

Responsibilities:
- Perform industrial rope access techniques to access work areas at height
- Install and maintain equipment such as ropes, harnesses, and anchors
- Conduct safety checks and risk assessments before each job
- Use specialized tools and techniques to complete tasks such as cleaning, painting, welding, and maintenance
- Communicate with team members to ensure safe and efficient completion of tasks
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Industrial Alpinist or similar role
- Valid certification in industrial rope access (IRATA or SPRAT)
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols
- Technical knowledge of equipment installation and maintenance
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (visa sponsorship available)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per week for this position. Additional benefits include accommodation and visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
