Gardener for Landscaping and Maintenance in Eldoret


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Eldoret. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the exterior areas of our company's properties, including gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces. This position requires a strong attention to detail, good physical fitness, and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating aesthetically pleasing gardens, lawns, and outdoor areas
- Planting new trees, flowers, shrubs, and other greenery
- Maintaining existing plants through watering, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control
- Mowing lawns and trimming edges using appropriate equipment
- Maintaining garden tools and equipment in good working condition
- Ensuring proper irrigation systems are in place for all plants
- Removing weeds and debris from gardens and outdoor spaces regularly
- Assisting with landscaping projects as needed
- Communicating with supervisors to ensure all tasks are completed on time

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Gardener or similar role is preferred but not required
- Good knowledge of different types of plants and their care requirements
- Physical fitness to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects or operating machinery
- Attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards in landscaping projects
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and other team members
