Junior Database Administrator

We are hiring a Junior Database Administrator to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. As a Junior Database Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and securing our company's databases, as well as ensuring their efficient and effective functioning. Your main duties will include troubleshooting database issues, optimizing performance, and implementing security measures. This is an entry-level position suitable for men who are eager to learn and grow in the field of database administration.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies
- Ensure data security and integrity by implementing access controls and encryption
- Regularly perform maintenance tasks such as updating software and managing user accounts
- Optimize database performance by analyzing query execution plans and making necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth functioning of all systems
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in database technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of databases, SQL, and data management principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate with non-technical stakeholders

Salary: 1100$ per month
