A well-established restaurant in Lahore is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
• Manage and train restaurant staff to provide exceptional service and maintain high standards
• Create employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
• Ensure compliance with health codes and safety regulations
• Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability of the restaurant
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items or make changes as needed

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to maintain high hygiene standards
• Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability in previous roles
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1400$ per month for this position.
