Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Lusail. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office. This includes managing schedules, maintaining records, and assisting with various tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily schedules and appointments for employees
- Keep track of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with data entry and report generation
- Help with organizing meetings and events
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Biometric passport required for international travel
