Construction Project Manager


We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Dubai. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors and vendors.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines and budget management
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor progress and quality of work on construction sites
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Review and approve project expenses
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in Dubai or similar region
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in budgeting and scheduling software
- Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills preferred

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Dubai, UAE (Egyptian nationals preferred)
