Merchandising Coordinator

The Merchandising Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of product merchandising for our company in Remish. This includes managing inventory levels, tracking product performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and timely execution of merchandising strategies. The ideal candidate should have experience in the retail industry, strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a part-time position, making it ideal for students or individuals looking for flexible hours. We welcome candidates of all nationalities who are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels to ensure products are adequately stocked
- Track product performance and provide regular reports to management
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective merchandising strategies
- Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor market trends and make recommendations for new product development or changes in existing products
- Conduct regular store visits to review product displays and make necessary adjustments
- Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on merchandising goals and objectives
- Assist in the creation of visual merchandising displays that effectively showcase products
- Troubleshoot any issues related to product availability or quality

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or merchandising preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on findings
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Flexible schedule, able to work part-time hours as needed
