Concierge for a Luxury Hotel in Jerusalem, Israel
A prestigious luxury hotel in the historic city of Jerusalem is seeking a Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with any requests or inquiries they may have during their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Make reservations and bookings for guests as requested
- Arrange transportation for guests, including airport transfers and car rentals
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain the lobby area and ensure it is clean and presentable at all times
- Assist with luggage handling when necessary
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service for guests
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
