The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and creating high-quality dishes that meet the standards of our restaurant in Eldoret, Kenya. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking and be able to lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff. They should also have strong knowledge of different cuisines and be able to create unique and innovative menu items. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for maintaining inventory, managing food costs, and ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met. This position offers a salary of 1400$ per month.

The Executive Chef should have at least 5 years of experience working in a professional kitchen environment and hold a culinary degree or equivalent certification. They should also have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with kitchen staff, management, and suppliers. The ideal candidate should be creative, organized, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Other responsibilities include creating menus that cater to various dietary restrictions or preferences, developing new recipes, training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques, ensuring the quality of ingredients used, and overseeing the maintenance of kitchen equipment. The Executive Chef must also be knowledgeable about current food trends and be able to adapt menu items accordingly.

We are looking for an Executive Chef who is passionate about using fresh ingredients to create delicious dishes that leave a lasting impression on our customers. The ability to multitask, lead a team effectively, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene is essential for this role.
