Excavator Operator

We are hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Medina. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery and equipment to excavate, grade and level land for construction projects. This role requires a skilled individual with knowledge of safety regulations and procedures, as well as experience in operating various types of excavators.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to dig trenches, foundations, and other designated areas according to project plans
- Ensure the safe operation of all equipment by following safety protocols and guidelines
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Monitor excavation progress and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and completion of tasks
- Assist with other construction tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating excavators in a construction setting
- Knowledge of excavation techniques and proper equipment usage
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to read construction plans and follow instructions accurately
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Physical strength and endurance to operate heavy machinery for long periods of time
