We are a fast-growing project management company based in Las Vegas, seeking an experienced and dynamic Teamlead to join our team. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading a team of project managers and ensuring successful completion of projects within agreed timelines and budgets. You must have excellent organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage team members from diverse backgrounds. A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management is required. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. This position offers a competitive salary of $1600 per month, with opportunities for growth and development. This position is open to all nationalities and visa sponsorship can be provided for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of project managers and oversee all project activities
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with team members
- Monitor progress against project deliverables and take corrective actions as needed
- Communicate regularly with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide feedback for improvement
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices within the team

Requirements:
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Teamlead or similar role in project management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; PMP certification is a plus
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience using project management tools/software (e.g. Asana, Trello)
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members from diverse backgrounds
