Front Desk Receptionist
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the first point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment book for various staff members
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Communicate any important information or updates to staff members in a timely manner
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information or redirect to the appropriate person
- Process payments for services or products purchased by customers
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance with a positive attitude
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while handling difficult situations or customers
Salary: $1000 per month
