Job Title: Experienced Baker

Our bakery in Al-Khor is seeking an experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating and preparing various baked goods such as bread, pastries, and cakes. You must have a passion for baking and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes and measurements accurately
- Good time management skills
- Physically fit, as the job requires standing for long periods and lifting heavy trays or bags of flour
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Pakistani nationality preferred

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Bake various types of bread, pastries, and cakes
- Decorate baked goods with toppings or icings as needed
- Ensure that all products are of high quality and meet company standards
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment after use
- Monitor inventory levels and inform management when supplies need to be restocked
