Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are properly stocked and displayed.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.
- Collaborate with buyers to select products that align with company goals and customer preferences.
- Create visually appealing displays that attract customers and promote brand awareness.
- Train sales staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques.
- Analyze sales data to make informed decisions on product placement and pricing.
- Participate in store layout planning for optimal product placement.
- Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Retail Merchandiser or similar role.
- Strong understanding of retail trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Creative eye for design with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1800$ per month.
