A reputable construction company in Acre is seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish. You must have experience in both interior and exterior plastering and possess the necessary skills to complete projects efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, patching, and priming before applying plaster
- Measure, mix, and apply plaster using hand tools or spray equipment
- Smooth out rough spots and ensure even coverage for a flawless finish
- Create decorative textures or patterns in the plaster as required
- Repair any cracks or damages in existing plaster
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Plasterer
- Excellent knowledge of different types of plaster and their application techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow design specifications
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to create precise finishes
- Physical stamina to work long hours on your feet and lift heavy materials if necessary
- Good communication skills with the ability to take direction from supervisors

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on both residential and commercial projects
- Familiarity with different types of building materials such as drywall, cement, or stucco
- Knowledge of basic carpentry techniques for installing support structures or preparing surfaces for plastering

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this position.
