Machine Learning Engineer

We are hiring a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with our data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research, design, and implement machine learning algorithms and models
- Collaborate with data scientists to collect, clean, and analyze large datasets
- Develop tools and systems for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation
- Implement machine learning models into production systems
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance of existing models

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in machine learning or related field
- Strong programming skills in Python or Java
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Knowledge of data mining techniques and statistical analysis methods
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Chelyabinsk but we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are fluent in English.
