A well-established bakery in Sharjah is seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries, cakes, and desserts. We are looking for someone who is passionate about pastry making and has a creative flair.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of pastries, cakes, and desserts
- Decorate pastries using different techniques such as icing, glazing, and piping
- Ensure high quality of ingredients used in pastry making
- Monitor inventory and order supplies when needed
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs
- Keep up-to-date with new trends in pastry making and implement them in our menu
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Creative mindset with the ability to come up with new ideas for pastries
- Knowledge of different pastry techniques and methods
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Preference will be given to Indian nationals
