Office Assistant - Ar Rumaythiyah
We are in need of a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Your main duties will include answering phone calls and emails, maintaining files and records, scheduling meetings and appointments, and assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask effectively. The ideal candidate will also have a keen eye for detail and be proficient in using basic computer programs like Microsoft Office. Prior experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role is preferred. Fluency in English is not required, but proficiency in Hindi or other Indian languages would be an advantage.
This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$, without accommodation provided. All candidates must have a valid biometric passport from India and must be available to start immediately as this is an urgent opening.
