Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve business problems
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define machine learning opportunities
- Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in machine learning techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java or other languages used for data analysis and machine learning
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or scikit-learn
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms and statistical models
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques
- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and extraction
