We are seeking a skilled and experienced roofer to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a roofer, you will be responsible for working on various roofing projects, including repairs and installations. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in roofing and the ability to work with a variety of materials.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best course of action for repairs or replacements
- Install new roofs using various materials such as shingles, tiles, or metal sheets
- Repair damaged areas of roofs using techniques such as patching or resealing
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on rooftops
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a roofer with knowledge of different roofing materials and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to work on rooftops for extended periods of time
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial or industrial roofing projects is a plus
- Knowledge of safety procedures specific to roofing work is preferred
