Back-End Developer (English Speaking)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Back-End Developer to join our growing team in Akron, USA. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites and web applications according to client specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop back-end architecture for web applications
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing codebase
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Perform regular testing and optimization of website performance
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in back-end development

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Python
- Experience with back-end frameworks such as Node.js or Ruby on Rails
- Familiarity with databases (SQL or MongoDB)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English

Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of front-end development is a plus
