Job Title: Plastering Technician


We are seeking a skilled Plastering Technician to join our team in Mauren. As a Plastering Technician, you will be responsible for applying various types of plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces in residential and commercial buildings. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plaster application by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed
- Mix and apply plaster using various techniques such as troweling, spraying, or hand molding
- Ensure a smooth and even finish by smoothing out imperfections and removing excess plaster
- Repair any cracks or damages in existing plaster surfaces
- Follow safety procedures when working at heights or with potentially hazardous materials
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Proficient in English language (German language skills would be an advantage)
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials if required
- Valid work permit for non-EU citizens with visa sponsorship available if needed
