Restaurant Manager


Our busy restaurant in Gujrat is seeking an experienced and qualified Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and budgeting
- Train and supervise staff to ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness in accordance with company policies and health regulations
- Monitor and analyze sales, revenue, and expenses to make necessary adjustments for optimal profitability
- Create work schedules for staff to ensure efficient operation during peak hours
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Proven track record of successfully increasing sales and profitability in a restaurant setting
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)

Salary: $1300 per month

This is a seasonal job without accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible for visa sponsorship. We are seeking candidates who are able to start immediately as this is an urgent position.
