We are in need of a skilled Welder to join our team in Isa Town. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to specific blueprints and project requirements. You will be working with a variety of metals, such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, using various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Measure and cut metal components using various tools
- Operate welding equipment to join metal parts together
- Inspect welded joints for accuracy and quality
- Repair any defects or imperfections in welded parts
- Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Knowledge of various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick)
- Ability to read blueprints and project specifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Valid work visa (if applicable)
