We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects in the city. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and other professionals to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from conception to completion for various architectural projects in Beer-Sheva
- Develop detailed plans, designs, and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and timelines for client approval
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect, preferably in a senior role
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Israel
- Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other professionals

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Beer-Sheva, Israel. However, we welcome applicants from Pakistan or Egypt who are willing to relocate.
