Senior Architect


We are hiring a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, including commercial, residential, and public buildings. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative and functional designs that meet their requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architecture, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$, suitable for Indian nationals with English proficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept development to construction documentation
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and incorporate it into the design
- Create detailed drawings, models, and presentations using CAD software
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Review construction plans and documents for accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an architect working on various projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
