Concierge (Part-Time) in Malindi, Kenya

We are a luxury hotel seeking an English-speaking Concierge to join our team in Malindi. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with their needs during their stay. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel amenities and services
- Assist guests with arranging transportation, making reservations, and providing recommendations for local attractions and activities
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the hotel
- Keep updated records of guest preferences, special occasions, and any other relevant information
- Provide support to other hotel staff as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed

Salary: 1500$ per month
