Commercial Architect
We are in search of a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Braga. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing commercial buildings and spaces. Your main duties will include conducting site visits, collaborating with clients to understand their needs, preparing design proposals, and overseeing the construction process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial building codes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial architecture
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Visit project sites to gather information and assess feasibility
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements
- Develop design proposals that meet client needs
- Create detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD
- Communicate with contractors and engineers throughout the construction process
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage project timelines and budgets
