Concierge Assistant in Al-Rayyan, Qatar



We are seeking a friendly and organized Concierge Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their requests and ensuring their overall satisfaction during their stay. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Assist guests with their luggage and escort them to their rooms
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests via phone or in person
- Make reservations for dining, tours, transportation, or other services as requested by guests
- Keep track of guest preferences and special requests to ensure personalized service during their stay
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Handle guest complaints or issues efficiently and escalate as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests or resolve issues

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management preferred
- Prior experience working as a Concierge Assistant or similar role in a hotel setting is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly personality and positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems for making reservations or processing payments

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month. The work schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the hotel. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
