Concierge Officer



As a Concierge Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to guests at our luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs and requests are met promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information and recommendations about local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Arrange transportation, reservations, and other services as requested by guests
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and events to effectively communicate with guests
- Monitor guest requests and ensure they are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Assist with coordinating special events or arrangements for VIP guests

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Previous experience as a concierge or in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
