Construction Manager



We are hiring a skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in Mecca. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry, specifically in managing and supervising construction projects. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals and deadlines are met.
- Oversee the safety of workers on site and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to keep the project on track.
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses and communicate regularly with upper management about budget status.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and report any issues or concerns.
- Act as a liaison between the client and the construction team to ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management software.

We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this position. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager looking for a challenging role in Mecca. Please note that this position is only open to candidates from Egypt who can provide their own visa. Accommodation will not be provided for this role.
