Construction Project Coordinator


We are currently hiring a Construction Project Coordinator for our company in Mecca. This role is responsible for coordinating and managing various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and have previous experience in construction management.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality control.
- Prepare reports on project status, costs, and any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management or coordination.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of project management software is a plus.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Mecca, Saudi Arabia.

Preference:
Preference will be given to Egyptian candidates. However, non-Egyptian candidates who meet the requirements are also encouraged to apply. Fluency in English is mandatory for this role.

Type:
This is a full-time position. However, part-time options may be considered for exceptional candidates.

Experience Level:
Entry-level candidates with no prior experience will also be considered as long as they meet the other requirements listed above. Training will be provided on the job.
