We are hiring a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys to determine boundaries, topography, and other features of a specific area. Your role will involve using specialized equipment such as GPS devices, total stations, and digital levels to collect data and create accurate maps.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various methods and equipment
- Establish accurate measurements and determine property boundaries
- Collect data on topography, elevations, and natural features of the land
- Create detailed maps using software programs such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Verify the accuracy of survey data and make any necessary adjustments
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor in a similar role
- Knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficiency in using surveying tools such as GPS devices, total stations, and digital levels
- Familiarity with software programs such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Ability to interpret technical data and create accurate maps
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
