Pastry Chef – Muharraq, Bahrain


We are in search of a creative and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing desserts and pastries for our restaurant. Your main goal will be to consistently deliver high-quality desserts that will leave our customers satisfied and coming back for more.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and prepare a variety of desserts and pastries, including cakes, cookies, pies, tarts, and other sweet treats
- Ensure all pastries are visually appealing and presented in an attractive manner
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies needed for pastry preparation
- Train and oversee the work of pastry assistants to ensure high-quality standards are maintained
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new dessert menus that align with the restaurant's theme and cuisine
- Maintain a clean and organized pastry station at all times
- Follow food safety standards and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a reputable restaurant
- In-depth knowledge of various pastry techniques and methods
- Creativity in designing new dessert recipes that align with current food trends
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines without compromising on quality
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with kitchen staff as well as customers when necessary

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.
