Body Repair Master- Sheduva, Lithuania

As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodies to their original condition. This includes conducting thorough inspections, identifying necessary repairs, and using a variety of tools and techniques to complete the repairs. You will work with a team of skilled technicians to ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting visual inspections of damaged vehicles and creating repair plans
- Removing damaged body parts and repairing or replacing them
- Using welding equipment, hand tools, and power tools to complete repairs
- Straightening bent frames and aligning body panels
- Refinishing surfaces by sanding, priming, and painting
- Communicating with customers to explain repairs and provide updates on progress
- Ensuring all work is completed in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality standards

To excel in this role, you must have:
- At least 3 years of experience in body repair or auto body shop environment
- Strong knowledge of vehicle structure and repair techniques
- Proficiency in using various tools and equipment for body repair work
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month. This role does not require English proficiency but fluency in Lithuanian is preferred. Accommodation will not be provided.
