Freelance Virtual Assistant (Indian Nationals Preferred)
We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Freelance Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Freelance Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients remotely. This is a part-time position, making it perfect for someone looking for flexible working hours.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize client's emails, calendars, and schedules
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents
- Make travel arrangements and manage expenses
- Communicate with clients and vendors on behalf of the company
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and maintaining financial records
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
This is a freelance position with a pay rate of 1500$ per month.
Location:
This is a remote position based in Eschen. Candidates from other locations are also welcome to apply.
Experience:
No previous experience is required for this role. However, prior experience as an administrative assistant or virtual assistant would be an advantage.
