Indian Cuisine Chef in Abu Dhabi


We are seeking a talented Indian Cuisine Chef to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes that will delight our customers. You must have a passion for cooking and be knowledgeable about various Indian spices and cooking techniques. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook traditional Indian dishes according to recipes and standards
- Create new menu items and specials based on seasonal ingredients
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and kitchen supplies
- Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times
- Collaborate with management to develop cost-effective menus
- Stay up-to-date with current food trends and incorporate them into menu offerings

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Cuisine Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, cooking techniques, and spices
- Creativity in developing new dishes while maintaining authenticity of traditional recipes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be an Indian national or have extensive experience cooking Indian cuisine

Salary: 1300$ monthly salary plus benefits

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Preference for candidates currently residing in Abu Dhabi)
