Barista - Specialty Coffee Shop (Dubai)



We are a bustling specialty coffee shop located in the vibrant city of Dubai, seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and espresso beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Barista in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent customer service skills. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. A background in latte art is preferred but not required. This position offers a competitive salary of $1200 USD per month with visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times
- Consistently adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Continuously develop knowledge of different coffee types, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Support team members during busy periods and work together to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for specialty coffee with knowledge of different brewing methods preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse clientele
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively under pressure
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid work permit for Dubai (visa sponsorship available)
