Experienced Barista

We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Kenya. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages to our customers. You must have previous experience in a similar role and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista
- Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing methods and latte art
- Customer service skills and ability to handle cash transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferably with a focus on hospitality)
- Fluent in English (fluency in Swahili is an advantage)
- Kenyan nationality preferred

Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders and prepare drinks according to their preferences
- Keep the work area clean and sanitary at all times
- Ensure quality control by properly storing ingredients and monitoring freshness of products
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving complaints
- Train new employees on barista duties, techniques, and company policies

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
