Senior Architecture Manager

As a Senior Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the architecture team in our Kaunas office. Your main role will be to lead and guide the team in designing and implementing architectural solutions for various construction projects. You will also work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that all projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop customized architectural solutions
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and best practices in architecture
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect or Architecture Manager
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1500$ per month. Please note that this position is open to all nationalities. However, candidates must have a valid work permit/visa for Lithuania.
