Gardener - Entry Level


We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Gardener to join our team in Las Vegas. This is an entry level position, perfect for someone with a passion for gardening and landscaping. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying outdoor spaces for our clients. This includes planting, pruning, weeding, mowing, and other general gardening tasks. No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and a love for the outdoors is essential. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planting, watering, and maintaining flowers, trees, shrubs, and other plants
- Pruning and shaping plants to maintain desired appearance
- Removing weeds and unwanted plants from gardens and lawns
- Mowing lawns and trimming edges
- Maintaining tools and equipment used for gardening
- Communicating with clients to understand their specific gardening needs

Requirements:
- Must be Indian national or have legal authorization to work in the US
- Fluent in English
- Passion for gardening
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in gardening or landscaping
- Knowledge of different plant species
- Familiarity with gardening tools and equipment
