Restaurant Manager - Eschen, Egypt/Nepal
As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Eschen. Your main responsibilities will include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining profitable operations. You will also be responsible for implementing and enforcing all company policies and procedures, as well as ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food and beverage industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing any issues or complaints promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for all employees and customers
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Enforce all health and safety regulations in accordance with local laws
- Handle any difficult or complex situations that arise during daily operations
- Keep accurate records of sales, expenses, inventory, and employee schedules
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills for record keeping
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work legally in Eschen
