Entry-Level Restaurant Manager
We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Restaurant Manager in Eschen. As an international restaurant, we welcome candidates from all over the world, including Kenyans and other foreigners, who have a passion for the food and beverage industry. This position is open to English speakers and does not require any previous experience. However, candidates with a 12th grade education will be given preference.
As an Entry-Level Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. This includes ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff schedules, overseeing inventory and ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. You will also assist in training new employees and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and be able to work well under pressure. You should also have basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management. Previous experience in the food industry or customer service is a plus.
