Driver Supervisor


We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Driver Supervisor to join our transportation team in Dubai. As a Driver Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of drivers, ensuring the safe and timely transportation of goods and passengers.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of drivers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure all drivers adhere to company policies and procedures
- Implement safety measures to ensure the well-being of drivers, passengers, and cargo
- Monitor driver performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule driver assignments and deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of driver schedules, routes, and vehicle maintenance
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise between drivers or with customers

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Driver Supervisor or similar role in the transportation industry
- Valid UAE driver's license
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Familiarity with traffic laws and regulations in Dubai
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience with GPS tracking systems
- Fluent in English

Salary: $1500 per month

City: Dubai
